[TxMt] tmTheme saves as .txt

Hey Andreas.

1. Tell the one who hosts the Theme to add `AddType application/octet- 
stream .tmTheme` to their .htaccess file.
2. Open the file in Safari and press ⌘-S to bring up the safe dialog  
that lets you specify a name (Ok, it will ask you to confirm to *not*  
append `.txt`)
