[TxMt] Flush the html preview buffer?

Hi,
In html preview mode, how do you force the preview window to update elements
called by the document? (images .css files etc.)

In Safari, I would use cmd-R to refresh the window.

It would be nice if Textmate asked webkit to do a deep flush when you
clicked the refresh icon with a modifier key down.
