[TxMt] TextMate performance on large projects

I think the main issue is with the updating when you make TextMate  
active, the RAM will be paged off well enough. But I know allan plans  
to totally redo the project system in 1.1, so hopefully it will be a  
moot point soon enough. At least that's what he likes to tell us... ;)
