So, what happened to your Text bundle? :)

You can inspect it in the Bundle Editor, unfold Text and verify  
there's a Plain text language. If it's broken, you may want to delete  
the Text bundle in ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Bundles, or  
at least the Plain text.plist in the Syntaxes sub-dir.
