[TxMt] [REQ] new-from-template

I miss a new-from-template-function in TextMate. I know I could realize 
them as snippets but nevertheless it would be comfortable.

Otherwise a new-as-copy-function which creates a new file with the 
beginning content of another file.


I'm new on TextMate and really love this editor!! :-)
