It stopped working as in, doesn't do anything, or doesn't do the  
right thing? Because for me it now works, but produces some very  
unpleasant looking thing.
If in HTML mode type 'tag' and press ctrl-cmd-space, then I get:
?1< />:<></>t?1<ag />:<ag></ag>?1< />:<></>
