[TxMt] TmCodeBrowser2 plugin!

These two actions seem to do almost the same thing, right? Is this  
what you want in the end?
~/Library/InputManagers/InputManagers/InputManagersManager.bundle  
(with the info file)?

How does one invoke the stuff?
