[TxMt] insert tag pair macro

Oh well, I almost exclusively use only the left {shift,ctrl,cmd}
modifier keys. That's why I wouldn't consider it worse. But that's
only my case, of course, and in the same manner, I consider that in
time, I could possibly end up using the right modifier keys.
No big deal I suppose
