[TxMt] phpCodeCompletion bundle

I don't know if we've talked past each other a bit or if you just  
wanted to give more info. I didn't care about the key, only the  
status of the PHPCodeCompletion bundle.
I have it keyed to option+F1 for the moment ...
(this reply sounds a bit short and harsh, I assure you it's not)
