Not block elements? They certainly are block elements. I think it's
just that people often use <p> tags without indenting because it's
just meant to encapsulate some text (namely a paragraph of text) and
they don't want to indent the text. But it really should be indented
by default to reflect the *structure* of the page, which is more
important (when viewing source) than the flow of the text.
