[TxMt] conflict between DefaultKeybinding.dict shortcut and menu shortcut

Thanks! Only for some strange reason, TextMate still want to use
KeyBindings.dict inside its bundle, even after I copied the custom
version to ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/ .... if I remove
the bundle version, than it works.
