Some people sometimes typed rm instead of tm.
To be honest, it's not my case, but anyway, "fixing" it is easy:

  ln -s /path/to/TextMate.app/Contents/Resources/mate /usr/local/bin/tm

or

  ln -s /path/to/TextMate.app/Contents/Resources/mate ~/bin/tm
