If you're worried about spam, then next time don't quote the last  
month worth of mail below your two-line reply (like in mail I am  
replying to here), which in itself is perfectly fine of course ;-).  
The prefered style is

 > relevant previous content
your answer or comments

 > more relevant previous content
more answers or comments

etc.
