[TxMt] language mode is not per tab/file?

Hmmm, maybe it is not necessary, I see a modeline like this already  
works (I think I tried this before without luck, maybe I didn't leave  
a space after the colon)

     # -*- Mode: C -*-

and is per file according to my trials. That's fine!
