Well here's one I've just discovered.  If you do Apple-/ (Toggle  
Comment) without a selection, it uncomments everything that was  
commented out in the current file.  Neat!

I wonder if it's possible to modify it so that, if there's no  
selection, if acts upon the current scope?  That way, if you're  
inside a comment, it'll uncomment all of that block, and if you're in  
a bit of code, it'll, well, maybe I hadn't quite thought that  
through. :-)
