Do you by any chance have two copies of Textmate.app in your computer, 
maybe left over from some other install? Use the Finder search to 
search for textmate.app. That's the only thing I can think of. If you 
don't have two copies, then maybe a reboot will fix that. I had the 
same problem at some time.
