[TxMt] Folder excludes in b9

Folder exclude patterns stopped working in beta9 for me. 

!(.*/\.[^/]*|\_darcs|vendor\/rails|CVS|~\.nib|\.(framework|app|pbproj|pbxproj|xcode|bundle))$

but both 
_darcs and vendor/rails show up and are included with command-t
