ctr-shift-T doesn't seem to do anything... just makes the noise to  
indicate wrong key combination

it is text.xhtml

html (basic)... when I change the language to xhtml everything starts  
to work! Yeay!  Even color coding came back!

Can I make it so that when I create a .rhtml document it chooses  
another default language?
