[TxMt] Theme Editor Suggestion

I'm looking in the Theme Editor in b8 for the first time.

I expanded "Basic settings" and was surprised to find thing in 
seemingly random order.

I think it would be helpful for them to be sorted.

Also, I can understand why "Default smart typing", "Bold text", 
"Underline text", and "Italic text"  is in there but "Ruby indent" and 
"C++ smart pair angle brack"?

Also, resizing the window expands the tree view, but the display area 
doesn't expand i.e. it always shows "Ruby smart pair block para" even 
though there's more room than that in the subview.
