To my knowledge, no. The wiki request page shows 
a request for Mediawiki 
<http://macromates.com/wiki/pmwiki?n=Main.Bundles>.

Are you requesting someone do it, or offering to 
make one?   If the second, then you should 
unofficially claim it at 
<http://macromates.com/wiki/pmwiki?n=Bundles.WhoDoesWhat> 
so people don't duplicate the work...
