Ah, I don't think it's actually that many ;)

The key bindings augmenting the menus are in the KeyBindings.dict 
you'll find in TextMate.app (Show Package Contents) Contents / 
Resources.

The main reason incremental search is not in the menu is that it's 
still “experimental”.
