I'd bound option-U to “titlecase word”. I've changed this binding for 
beta 6. If you can't wait for this, you can copy the KeyBindings.dict 
to ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate and edit/remove the line 
which sets up the key (see Help / Key Bindings for exact details). In 
beta 6 I've made the key control-option-U.
