[TxMt] TextMate crashes on startup every time

I'm still completely lost to what caused this crash on Ryans machine. 
As Fred B. suggested, try to create a new user account.

I can create a debug version of TextMate that prints some startup info 
to see how long it gets if you're willing to help me track down the 
incompatibility.
