[TxMt] Always centralizes cursor's row on save

Yes, Allan. It sounds like it's not an actual feature then.. ;-)

I just created a new text file, added a ton of lines, and it does the  
same thing also. Also, if I resize the window without moving the  
cursor, and resave, it always adjusts perfectly and jumps so the  
cursor row is vertically centered. It certainly seems very deliberate.
