[TxMt] Syntax highlighting?

I'm getting the same issue -

I deleted ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate and reinstalled but 
that didn't fix it either.
There is nothing on the console related to textmate...

Oh and nothing is showing up in the bundle editor either.
Hmmmm....
