[TextMate] Change concatenated file header?

Yes, it's hardcoded. And I'm home before midnight on a saturday ;)

Please let me know what you'd like to see and why. E.g. a string with 
variables like $TM_ENCODING, $TM_LINE_ENDINGS, $TM_FILENAME, etc.
