[TextMate] saving files that need auth doesn't seem to work

In 10.3 there is no public interface for displaying hidden files, I 
read at CocoaDev that it was removed in favor of the "press Cmd-Shift-G 
to get a string gadget"

But I'll check if some of the undocumented/private methods (still) work.
