Despite my many hacks, I simply haven't been able to catch that key :(

Actually there were several problematic keys, and Apple just told me 
that this was by design... :( but I managed to intercept all but the 
command-delete. NSTextView seems to suffer from the same problem, 
despite the default key bindings have an action bound to the key.
