[TxMt] Icon Suggestion

One observation, FWIW: put this icon in the Dock and compare it with 
the icons for Mail, TextEdit, iCal. Do this with Justin's version of 
the gear key icon as well. Notice how the gear key icon appears to tilt 
in the same direction as Apple's icons? I think that's a nice detail to 
have.
