[TxMt] drag request

Cool!  It's just a little awkward that I can't hit option til after I'm 
dragging (otherwise I get the columnar selector), but that definitely 
addresses the need.  I guess I'd still like to have the ability to 
toggle it as the default behavior, but I'm sure there are many more 
important items.  I'll be happy enough with this solution.
