I agree, thank you!  The menu reorganization has shortened the menu so 
it does not hide my desktop manager status bar.

As for incremental search -- great start.  Can you make it so that 
navigation keypresses also cancel the search?  ie line up, line down, 
character forward and character backward should all escape out of the 
search.

Also, reverse search does not work for me.  I can't see that that key 
is already bound somewhere -- does this work for everyone else?
