Well, this wasn't the point actually but related ;)
My issue was that I have a default Lion installation with (I think) XCode 4.2.1 which is installed at /Developer.
Then I installed XCode 4.4.1 which nowadays will be installed at /Application, the clang stuff etc.
The only thing I missed to set was the new xcode path via :
sudo xcode-select -switch /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer
[ Maybe worth to mention somewhere(?)]
After setting this everything works fine :)
