[SVN] SVN Repository Closing

With the impending release of 2.0 we are going to be putting the SVN repository into read-only mode in favor of using Github.

There are some helpful guides available on how to use git:

If you have any questions or need access added to a bundle you had svn permissions to you can send me an email or see me on IRC.
