[SVN] TextMate FTP Bundle

Hi everybody,

I use TextMate pretty much for everything on my Mac, but when I  
realized that there were no satisfying FTP Bundle I decided to develop  
one on my own.

After a few days of coding, I decided to share my work because the  
Bundle was behaving better than expected. In case you were asking  
yourself, it's completely written in Ruby and full compatible with OS  
10.6.
