[SVN] Patch: Add LaTeX support to Hyperlink Helper

Hi,

I found that it's possible to have named links in LaTeX if you include
hyperref. The command to use is \href{url}{label}.

Based on that, I whipped up a quick patch to the hyperlink helper
bundle, please see the attached file.

I hope this is useful, if I've done something wrong / stupid please
let me know and I'll try and fix it.
