[SVN] Bibliography drag command

Hi,

I was surprised there was no drag command for .bib files in the LaTeX
bundle, so I hacked a quite one together.
It inserts as a snippet to give the opportunity to not display the
full path to the bib-file.

I've attached a patch against r11338, which I hope will be useful.
