• Moved string patterns to repository.  Split Import between file and module importing; file import/include, moduleinfo, etc. now use begin/end matching and include string_content from the repository.
• Split constant.numeric such that it matches constant.float, constant.integer, constant.integer.binary, and constant.integer.hexadecimal.
• Moved URL patterns into repository.  Comments & strings now include the URL pattern from the repository.
• Changed various scope names.
