[Mathieu Godart]

• Added "Find Definitions of a Symbol..." and "Find Locations of a Symbol..." commands. Those commands ask the user for a symbol using a text field (TextMate::UI.request_string).
• Added some examples in the Introduction section of the Help.
• Reduced the number of commands displayed by "ctrl-F". Only the really useful ones are displayed. This gives a far better readability of the command popup menu.
