the class, struct, and namespace scopes were sometimes not terminating fast enough. introducted = as a terminating char, also the namespace scope and class/struct scope shares pretty much everything now except that namespace will not give an invalid.illegal. scope for missing ';' (on the same line, hopefully no sane person separates the '}' and ';' across multiple lines.
