• changed alert for bundles which are under versioning control
 - additionally outputs hint if local svn repo points to the old repository plus command to relocate it 
• added to Info Window (svn):
 - complete svn co commands for usage in Terminal
 - if installed complete svn up commands
 - hint  if local svn repo points to the old repository plus commands to relocate it
• added to Info Window (git):
 - complete git clone commands for usage in Terminal
 - if installed complete git pull commands
