[SVN] r10795 (GetBundles)

• Tiger NIB:
 - added to gear menu "Refresh Local Bundle List"
 - update column is now resizable (Tiger only - no tooltip available)
• improved updated status of local scm projects via (svn info/git show)
• fixed bug while refreshing locall bundle list for meanwhile deleted bundles
• added progress message for refreshing local bundle list
• file handle to log file is now open for the whole session (it's a bit faster)
