• do not write to the defaults of TextMate, instead relaunch application with arguments that (temporarily) has same effect
• use the already set APP_PATH instead of TextMate/$(find_app com.macromates.textmate)
• don’t use ‘env’ to launch app, nor give ‘&’ to make it a background launch (it already is running in a background code block)
