• Remove the usage of open struct in favour of a plain hash for storing the commit options.

• Remove the dry run commit option.

• commit.rb uses ARGV as the files to commit instead of directly using the selected paths (actual command now sends $TM_SELECTED_FILES or $TM_FILEPATH to it)

• Remove unnecessary accessors on the commit transaction class.
