- some general cosmetics
- added Japanese: Hankaku <> Zenkaku (plus ASCII)
- added Chinese: Traditional <> Simplified
-- is UCS-4 safe (Apple's routine works only until U+FFFF ) ;)
-- many to many will be inserted as snippet {A=B|C} and it can disambiguate by a command (Apple guesses the best match) ;)
