[SVN] r10334 (GetBundles)

- unified GetBundles name
- help window can be opened only once
- if GetBundles dialog closes all async window with the name 'GetBundles' will be destroyed
- TODO if one opens the help window via the gear menu and one closes that window there's still an instance; if one reopens the help file this instance will be destroyed, but still one has to find a way to kill this instance...
