[SVN] r9595 (Subversion)

Hello!

We recently moved over to Subversion 1.5 on our server, and so I
updated my local subversion client to 1.5 (from http://www.collab.net/downloads/community/)
. This was fine, until I did an 'svn up' on my bundles directory.
After that, I was no longer able to commit! On top of that, the
background svn process created is unkillable (including kill -9). I
looked at the revs that had been pulled down by the last update, and
r9595 looked like it might be the dealbreaker. Unmerging this
changeset makes commits work again.

I have only limited experience with ruby, and none using svn through
popen, let alone scriptmate. :) However, I'm quite happy to slap a
debugger on it and provide any other info if it's not easily
reproducible by someone who has a better idea of what might be
happening.
