[SVN] State of Dialog2 and ui.rb

The review version of UI.rb seems pretty stabler, I haven't really  
noticed any changes in there for a while.
Last I remember someone (ciaran?) made some changes to check for the  
presence of D2 and then fall back to roughly equivalent D1 actions if  
it wasn't available.
If so then it should totally be merged into trunk.

It seems like D2 is not going to be coming for TM1.
It also seems relatively stable, so I could happily host an easily  
installable version of it on github somewhere that could be installed  
using the textmate gem. (I need to add some sort of support folder  
support to it at some point)

I guess what's all left to do is for e to wrap up all my review  
bundles and get them released.
I'm working on all the Javascript ones right now since MooTools just  
updated to v1.2 I need to get that bundle out there.
