• improved the detection of the source of installed bundles
 - if the source can't be detected automatically the user will be asked to set the source
• the sources of each installed bundle is stored in 'com.macromates.textmate.getbundles.plist'
 - this plist is maintained by GetBundles while installing and deleting a bundle
 - if a bundle is installed or deleted by not using GetBundles it tries to synchronize the plist automatically; if that fails the user will be be asked
 - the synchronization can be skipped by setting the TM shell variable TM_GETBUNDLES_SKIP_RESOLVE_SOURCES

Note: still under constructions; further checks are needed
