• added a multi-functional button for: 'Delete' a bundle, 'Undelete' a deleted default bundle, and 'Enable' disabled bundle
 - 'Delete' prompts a confirmation (critical style if local changes [tmDeltas])
 - 'Delete' will move the bundle (plus tmDeltas) to Trash by using AppleScript
  -- is the safest way (checking and renaming of already existing items in trash will be done automatically plus default sound)
• checkbox are not used (it could lead to confusions due to the fact that a (non)markSign could have different meanings => a button with a label is unambiguous)
• added the multi-functional button to Leopard NIB (Tiger follows)


Note: This is the first implementation! Further checks are needed!
