[SVN] r10973 (R Console (Rdaemon))

• fixed escaping of strings sent to the ProgressDialog
• added a trap handler to catch ⌘. for interrupting current task (many thanks to Allan Odgaard)
 - this handler sends SIGINT to the R process and gives now a warning back to the user
• the Rdaemon tool 'Show Console Logfile' now opens a new cleaned copy of the log file (not the raw format coming from the R Terminal)
